Recently, our company announced that the complete set of GAG (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene and polymethyl methacrylate blended modified material) decorative sheet co-extrusion production system, custom-delivered for the Korean market, has successfully completed installation and commissioning at a local large-scale manufacturing base and has entered the mass production stage. The smooth implementation of this project is regarded as another landmark milestone in JWELL's continued deep cultivation in the field of high-end surface treatment materials in East Asia.

Decoding Korean aesthetic demands: A performance leap from high-gloss to durability.
The South Korean consumer electronics and home furnishing market imposes extremely stringent standards on the visual expressiveness and physical durability of material surfaces. Conventional base materials often have performance shortcomings when simultaneously meeting the requirements of high gloss, scratch resistance, and complex formability. The GAG sheet extrusion solution provided by JWELL this time is specifically designed for a multi-layer co-extrusion structure, with the surface layer using PMMA material to impart excellent outdoor weatherability and surface hardness to the finished product, while the core layer relies on modified materials to provide outstanding toughness and processing adaptability. The final products, while presenting a near-mirror reflective effect, also possess extremely high image clarity, which can precisely respond to the current market demand for "high-sensory quality" surfaces.

The delivered system is not a stand-alone piece of equipment, but a closed-loop production system covering raw material supply, melt extrusion, precision forming, and intelligent winding. The core units of the production line include JWELL's new-generation high-torque extruder unit, a dedicated distributor and die equipped with micro-layer distribution technology, a polishing and calendering unit equipped with multiple temperature-controlled zoning roller systems, as well as post-line automatic winding and cutting auxiliary devices. The successful commissioning of GAG decorative sheet material extrusion production line in Korea was made possible by the efficient collaboration between JWELL's Sino-German joint engineering team and its localized service network.
