On August 20, 2026, the 2026 (5th) Plastics Industry Conference and Brand Ceremony grandly opened in Chuzhou, Anhui. Mr. He Haichao, Chairman of Jwell Machinery, attended the conference and delivered a speech and keynote address, joining industry colleagues from across the country to celebrate the event and jointly plan a new chapter for the high-quality development of the plastics industry.

As a full witness and deep participant of the first four conferences, Chairman He Haichao said in his opening speech that the Plastics Industry Brand Summit has built a trinity exchange platform of brand + technology + resources. Through keynote speeches, roundtable forums, and sharing of cutting-edge materials and processes, it sparks ideas for industry practice and empowers long-term corporate development; at the same time, it establishes industry benchmarks and leads the industry to advance steadily toward branding, high-endization, greening, and intelligentization.
The choice of Chuzhou as the venue for this summit has special significance for Jwell. In his speech, Chairman He revealed that Jwell has deeply cultivated Chuzhou and laid out East China, establishing two major production bases in Quanjiao and Chuzhou, plus a joint venture, Anhui Jiewei Company, covering a total area of more than 700 mu. The two bases have precise division of labor and efficient coordination: one focuses on core component manufacturing and technological innovation research and development, while the other focuses on mass production of high-end large-scale extrusion equipment, fully driving the clustered upgrading of the plastics equipment industry chain in East China.
Thirty Years of Craftsmanship: From Catching Up to Leading

In the keynote speech session of the conference, Chairman He Haichao, with the theme "Persistently Guarding Craftsmanship and Deeply Cultivating for the Long Term · Gathering Strength for Innovation to Forge Jwell," systematically shared Jwell Machinery's thirty-year development journey and future blueprint. In the early 1980s, the first-generation screw of Jinhailuo was successfully developed, and Jwell people formed an indissoluble bond with the plastics machinery industry. In 1997, Jwell was founded in Shanghai, opening the path of exploration in plastics machinery equipment manufacturing; after thirty years of deep cultivation, Jwell has transformed from a technology follower into an industry leader, participating in the formulation of multiple national standards and using hardcore technology to help China's plastics industry step onto the world stage.
Chairman He emphasized in his speech that "persistent dedication" is the underlying color of the Jwell brand. Since its founding, it has adhered to the essence of business, rejected a short-term profit-seeking mentality, and built a solid foundation for corporate development through steady operation; it has always placed product reliability and user experience first, winning customers' long-term trust and reputation with a sincere attitude and high-quality service.

Ms. Li Dongping, President of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association, took a group photo with Mr. He Haichao, Chairman of Jwell Machinery, Mr. Liang Bin, Chairman of Jingcheng Era, Mr. Liu Huiming, General Manager of Jwell Machinery, and Mr. Zhang Bing, General Manager, at Jwell Machinery's Quanmian factory area.
Quality is the moat of a brand. Jwell engraves "dedication" into its quality genes, taking "Excellent Quality, Perfectly Consistent" as its quality policy. Starting from a single screw, it screens source materials layer by layer; core components undergo multiple precision machining processes combined with intelligent inspection, and full-condition simulation tests ensure long-term stable operation of equipment. "What we deliver is not just a piece of equipment, but a commitment to quality, efficiency, and the future."
After thirty years of deep cultivation and accumulation, Jwell has now established 14 modern production bases globally, with more than 4,000 professional industry talents, an annual output of more than 5,000 sets of high-end extrusion equipment, and equipment exports accounting for 47%. Its product lines cover all subdivided fields such as plastic sheets and plates, films, pipes, profiles, blown film, hollow blow molding, modification and pelletizing, precision coating, composite materials, and chemical fibers.

Jwell lays out its future with a global vision, deeply cultivating locally while looking at the world, and building a service network and supply chain system covering major economies. At present, Jwell has deployed 14 major modern intelligent manufacturing bases globally, deeply cultivating core regions such as Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, and Anhui in China, radiating to overseas hubs such as Thailand, Spain, and Germany, and building an integrated manufacturing network spanning Eurasia.
In terms of service network, Jwell covers 120+ countries and regions, establishes localized spare parts centers and professional technical teams, approaches global customers with "zero-distance" response speed, and provides 7×24-hour efficient technical support and customized solutions. In mature regions, it upgrades to a "service center + factory" model, realizing the dual advantages of "local service + localized production," which not only shortens product delivery cycles but also more precisely adapts to the personalized needs of regional markets.
Among them, Kautex (Kaotesi) under Jwell, as a high-end hollow blow molding technology brand, forms a dual-brand layout with jwell, deeply cultivating core application fields such as the automotive industry, consumer goods packaging, industrial goods packaging, and special products, with global services covering 100+ countries and regions.
Chairman He emphasized in his speech: "A single tree cannot make a forest; the industry prospers together! The high-quality development of the plastics industry has never been a lone fight of a single enterprise or a single link. It requires the collaborative symbiosis of enterprises across the entire chain, including raw materials, additive modification processing, equipment manufacturing, and recycling, so that everyone can join hands to build an industrial ecosystem."
In his speech, Chairman He further illustrated Jwell's ecosystem strategy with examples:
Upstream cooperation · Material innovation: "Join hands with global chemical giant SABIC to build a joint laboratory, promoting deep integrated innovation of material formulations and extrusion equipment;
Downstream linkage · Application expansion: Reach a strategic cooperation with Jiangsu Yuanfa Co., Ltd., deeply cultivating the green building materials field of "replacing wood with plastic";
Industry "chain building" · Co-building the ecosystem: Actively connect upstream and downstream partners such as molds, auxiliary machines, and compounding and mixing materials, promote industrial "chain building" collaboration, build an efficient and collaborative industrial alliance, and enhance the overall competitiveness and risk resistance of the industrial chain.
Looking to the future, Chairman He, in his speech, jointly envisioned Jwell's four major strategic layouts with all colleagues present:
Fully embrace the Industrial Internet: Build "Smart Jwell," construct a group-level Industrial Internet platform, break through
data barriers in production, management, and supply chain, and realize digital management and intelligent decision-making across the entire value chain.
Focus on the research and development of cutting-edge materials and equipment: Increase investment in emerging materials, bio-based materials, degradable materials, and special engineering plastics, break through key equipment technology bottlenecks, and provide core equipment support for the upgrading of new materials industry.
