During the conference, Guo Chunhua, General Manager of Anhui JWELL Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., delivered a special presentation on "New Technologies and Breakthroughs in JWELL Twin-Screw Extruders."
Anhui JWELL Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of plastic modification, polymerization, devolatilization reaction equipment, and auxiliary machinery, and has established a testing base to provide customers with technical support such as formulation certification.

This presentation did not merely dwell on equipment parameters but placed twin-screw extrusion technology within a richer array of practical application scenarios. From high-end petrochemical pelletizing, functional masterbatches, filler modification, and engineering plastic reinforcement, to elastomers, polyolefin modification, biodegradable materials, halogen-free flame-retardant modification, and reactive extrusion, twin-screw extrusion equipment is becoming a crucial piece of equipment in the production processes of an increasing number of new materials.
For instance, in the field of biodegradable plastics, JWELL twin-screw equipment can be applied to alloy blending of materials such as PLA, PBAT, PBS, PPC, PCL, TPS, and PHA, as well as filler modification with starch, bamboo/wood flour, and mineral powder, employing low-speed, high-torque technology tailored to relevant processes.
In the field of TPU polymerization reaction, JWELL has currently produced approximately 92 sets of TPU reactive extrusion equipment that have been put into the market. Main models include CJWH75, CJWH95, CJWV100, and CJWH115, with a production capacity reaching approximately 3 tons per hour.
rom shoe materials, cable/hose, and film/sheet, to automotive parts, industrial machinery, consumer electronics, medical applications, and 3D printing, the application scenarios for TPU materials are continuously expanding, which also places higher demands on the equipment's mixing, plasticizing, reaction, and stable production capabilities.

Furthermore, targeting the new energy and high-end materials sectors, JWELL's twin-screw technology has also been applied to COC devolatilization pelletizing, photovoltaic film processes, among others. In photovoltaic film solutions, JWELL highlighted core technologies such as twin-screw melt reaction extrusion, low-speed high-torque extrusion, and microparticle dispersion. By enhancing the absorption and mixing of liquid additives by EVA/POE in their molten state, these technologies provide process equipment support for film production.
In the field of rubber desulfurization and recycling, JWELL has developed a dedicated ultra-high torque twin-screw main unit for the resourceful utilization of waste tires, enabling the desulfurization reaction to be completed within the twin-screw extruder, thus providing an equipment solution for high-value-added recycling of waste rubber.

If the twin-screw presentation reflects JWELL's technological accumulation in material modification and reactive extrusion, then the presentation on film production lines delivered by Zhou Bing, General Manager of Anhui JWELL Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., showcased JWELL's more comprehensive product portfolio in the film equipment sector.
JWELL's film production line products cover multiple directions, including cast/calendered film production lines, blown film production lines, coating production lines, and core components. From CPP and PE cast film lines to ultra-thin films, high-barrier films, TPU invisible car film, medical films, and glass interlayer films, to geomembranes and stretch films, JWELL continuously develops corresponding equipment solutions based on different materials and different application requirements.

For example, JWELL's CPP cast film production lines cover specifications from 1000 to 7000mm, suitable for products like composite packaging films, retort films, and printing packaging films, with automation level, operational stability, and energy consumption performance being key design priorities.
In the high-barrier film sector, JWELL has deployed 7-11 layer barrier film cast lines, capable of producing PE/PP + PA/EVOH high-barrier films, targeting applications such as fresh produce and liquid food packaging.
In new energy vehicle-related applications, the TPU invisible car film production line utilizes extruder screws specifically designed for TPU aliphatic materials and is equipped with systems such as automatic unwinding, online thickness adjustment, and automatic winding to ensure automated and stable operation of the production line.
In the new energy materials field, JWELL has also developed multifunctional coating and laminating production lines applicable to lithium battery separator materials, hydrogen production diaphragm materials, conductive materials, electronic insulation materials, and release transfer film materials, among others.
Simultaneously, JWELL continues to strengthen its core component manufacturing capabilities. From screws and barrels, screen changers, T-dies, and blown film dies, to large high-precision rolls, the company consistently improves the machining precision and manufacturing capability of these key components.
Among these, large rolls can reach a maximum diameter of Φ1600mm, a maximum length of 14 meters, and a maximum weight of 15,000kg, with cylindricity and concentricity accuracy ≤ 0.01mm, and super-mirror surface finish achieving a best surface roughness of 0.005~0.01μm.

These seemingly disparate technological aspects ultimately converge on a single goal:
