2.1 High-Speed Extrusion with Leading Output
We have designed a barrier-type screw with a mixing section specifically for the JWS series extruders. Even at high rotational speeds, plastication is thorough, melt temperature is uniform, and there is no degradation or surging. Take the JWG630 as an example – maximum output reaches 1050 kg/h, placing this machine among the top tier in its class. Electricity is the largest variable cost for pipe manufacturers. We have implemented three energy-saving measures on this line:
Optional permanent-magnet synchronous motor – 15–20% higher efficiency than conventional motors.

Every line is equipped with a PLC-based centralized control + large touchscreen HMI. Operators can easily set and monitor:

Extruders are heavy-duty equipment, so we prioritize the material and heat treatment of barrels and screws. Nitrided steel barrels are standard, with bimetallic screws optional – these resist wear even when processing glass-filled or highly filled compounds. The gearbox uses heavy-duty bearings and is designed for 24/7 continuous production. Because we are confident in our quality, we offer a 2-year warranty on the main drive and gearbox.

Many first-time customers ask, "Which model should I buy?" We have a mature selection process, which we share with you here:
Step 1: Define your pipe diameter range
Simply check the "Pipe Spec" column in the table to ensure it covers both your maximum and minimum diameters. For example, if you only produce small pipes from 20–63 mm, JWG63 or JWG110 is the most cost-effective choice; if you need to go up to 630 mm, the JWG630 is mandatory.
Step 2: Calculate your target daily output
Our output figures are based on standard PE material. If you require higher throughput, you can opt for a "high-output screw" on the same model or move up one model size. Our sales engineers will provide you with a detailed theoretical capacity comparison.
Step 3: Confirm local voltage and electricity tariff
We support 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 460V/60Hz, and other standards – just specify when ordering. If local power costs are high, we strongly recommend adding the energy-saving motor package – and we will show you the payback calculation.
Step 4: Provide your typical raw materials and formulation
If you use regrind, highly filled compounds, or special grades, our screw designers can adjust the flight geometry and compression ratio accordingly.

4.1 Is pipe dimension and wall thickness stable?
We use multi-stage vacuum sizing + spray cooling, with a servo-driven haul-off unit that is vibration-free and slip-free. Wall thickness deviation and ovality meet stringent standards such as ISO 4427 and ASTM D3035. We can help you achieve pass rates on every batch.
4.2 How fast is material/color changeover?
We incorporate a quick-screen changer, and the hopper and feeding section are easy to disassemble and clean. Compared with older equipment, our cleaning and changeover time is reduced by an average of 40%. For factories that frequently switch orders, that means real production capacity.
4.3 Do you have international certifications?
All export machines come with CE certification, meeting EU safety standards. If your destination requires UL, CSA, or EAC certification, we can also customize the electrical system to local requirements – fully compliant.

Q: Can this line process PVC?
A: Our standard machines are designed specifically for polyolefins. If you do need to process PVC or PA, please let us know separately – our engineering department will evaluate whether a screw material and temperature control upgrade is required.
Q: Do you provide installation?
A: Yes. We offer turnkey service – from plant layout and foundation guidance, to equipment positioning, wiring, commissioning, and trial production, all with our engineers on site.
Q: How often do the screw and barrel need replacement?
A: With proper maintenance and processing pure PE, they typically last 5–8 years without replacement. We provide a routine inspection checklist with the machine – regular cleaning significantly extends service life.
Q: Can I upgrade later if I want to expand capacity?
A: Absolutely. Many of our existing customers choose to replace their screw set with our high-output version, or upgrade the control system, after 3–5 years – at a much lower cost than buying a new machine.
Q: Do you have actual data on energy savings?
A: Yes. We commissioned third-party comparative tests. Compared with a European brand of similar capacity, our line saves an average of 12–18% electricity; compared with conventional domestic machines, savings are 20–25%.
