This project is equipped with a 95 type twin-screw extruder, which runs stably, efficiently, and energy-saving. After on-site debugging by our technical team, all indicators of the production line have met the design standards and stable mass production has been achieved. The production line can produce PET sheets with a width of less than 1000mm and a thickness of 0.15-1.5mm, with a production capacity of 1000kg/h and a line speed of 60m/min, perfectly adapting to the high-end vacuum packaging needs of food, medicine, daily chemical and other industries.
We provide rigorous debugging services throughout the entire process, from preliminary scheme communication, equipment installation, parameter optimization, and sample testing, to ensure that the sheet meets high standards in uniformity, transparency, and mechanical properties. Simultaneously providing customers with systematic training on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, gaining high recognition from customers.
