3. Your Configuration Path – Our Selection Logic

The table above lists all possible combinations, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We use a proven selection process to get you the right fit in one step:

Step 1 – What material are you running?

PE (Polyethylene) – water supply, gas, conduit pipes – high output, wide processing window.

PPR (Random Copolymer Polypropylene) – hot/cold water plumbing – requires higher torque, so output is roughly 15–20% lower than PE for the same specification (as shown above).

PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance) – underfloor heating, hot water pipes – processing characteristics close to PE; refer to PE/PERT models.

PA (Polyamide/Nylon) – automotive ducts, pneumatic tubes – requires drying and a wear-resistant screw; we offer custom screw designs.

We adjust screw geometry, barrel heating zones, and downstream cooling methods according to your material – at no extra charge for standard adjustments.

Step 2 – What pipe diameter do you produce?

For Φ20 ~ Φ75 mm (medium to larger small diameters) → choose the PE/PERT 75 or PPR 75 line.

For dedicated Φ16 ~ Φ32 mm small diameters (e.g., underfloor heating, capillary tubes) → choose the PE/PERT 32 line – you get higher linear speeds with the same extruder.

Q4: If I choose 75 kW now and need more later, can I upgrade?

Yes. Our frame and gearbox are designed with future upgrades in mind – you can later replace the motor and screw components. However, we recommend sizing for your next 3-5 years’ demand upfront to avoid duplicate investment.
