After serving a large number of film product factories, Jwell found that what truly generates sunk costs for customers is precisely "model mismatch" – either using a large horse to pull a small cart, resulting in wasted electricity, or using a small horse to pull a large cart, causing delivery delays.

The product specifications of the two models are exactly the same, but the power and output capacity form a tiered configuration. This means that customers do not need to pay for excess power, nor do they need to worry about insufficient capacity – which model to choose depends entirely on the factory's order structure and average daily production schedule.

1. Multi-material compatibility, covering mainstream decorative film raw materials
Both production lines support production using four major raw material categories: PET, GAG, PMMA, and PP. Depending on the customer's primary material, targeted screw configurations and process calibration can be completed before delivery.
PET/PMMA high-transparency series: two-stage venting + barrier screw, effectively removing moisture and oligomers. Measured film light transmittance ≥92%, haze ≤1.5%.
GAG/PP weather-resistant series: enhanced shear homogenization and co-extrusion adapter design, interlayer adhesion (peel strength) ≥4.5 N/15mm, eliminating delamination and blistering.
This compatibility allows factories to avoid purchasing dedicated production lines for different materials, effectively reducing fixed asset investment.
2. Low specific energy consumption, directly compressing production costs
Under continuous stable production conditions, the JWP85/65-1500 has a measured specific power consumption of approximately 280 kWh per ton, and the JWS120/65-1500 has a measured specific power consumption of approximately 295 kWh per ton. For factories with an annual output of more than 3,000 tons, electricity costs alone can save about RMB 80,000–120,000 per year (estimated at an industrial electricity price of RMB 0.7/kWh).
3. Rapid product changeover, reducing downtime losses
Traditional production lines often require 1.5–2 hours for cross-material switching, during which purge materials and heating/waiting periods constitute non-value-added costs. Jwell equips these two models as standard with quick-opening hydraulic screen changers and screw zone temperature control systems. Same-material thickness changes take ≤20 minutes, and cross-material changes take ≤50 minutes, effectively improving the factory's overall equipment effectiveness.
4. Thickness precision control, reducing customer complaint risks
Non-uniform film thickness is the most common complaint reason in large-volume orders. Jwell's entire range is equipped as standard with automatic closed-loop thickness gauging systems, with 50 heating zones independently adjustable. The lateral thickness tolerance is stably controlled within ±2%, and this data can be directly written into the purchase contract acceptance clause.
Application 1: Furniture decorative film production
Used for furniture veneers, edge banding, wall decorative panels, etc. PET and PMMA materials are dominant, with high requirements for film surface transparency and scratch resistance. The high-volume continuous production capacity of the JWP85/65-1500 matches the centralized procurement and large-batch delivery rhythm of the furniture industry.
Application 2: Automotive interior wrap film
Used for surface lamination of instrument panels, door panels, center consoles, and other interior trim parts. GAG and PP materials are widely used, with strict requirements for interlayer adhesion and weather resistance. Jwell's co-extrusion adapter ensures that the multi-layer structure does not delaminate, meeting the stringent durability test standards of the automotive industry.
Application 3: Electronic product protective film
Used for screen protective films, in-process protective films, etc. There is a zero-tolerance requirement for gel spots on the film surface. Jwell's dual venting system controls gel spots at ≤3 spots/m² (diameter ≤0.3mm), reaching the threshold for optical-grade applications.

Before quoting, Jwell will issue an "Investment Payback Period Calculation Table" based on information provided by the customer, such as commonly used raw materials, average daily output, order change frequency, etc., to help customers confirm which model better suits their order structure before signing.
Deliverable 2: Material trial service
Jwell's Shanghai headquarters showroom is equipped with complete demonstration units for both production lines. Customers can bring their own raw materials for on-site trial runs and obtain actual operating condition energy consumption data and film sample test reports. Acceptance standards are based on actual measured data.
Deliverable 3: Complete line delivery and capacity guarantee
Jwell provides full integration and installation/commissioning services from extrusion, calendering, thickness measurement, corona treatment, to winding and slitting.
